Arthur moves into the Yucatan

At 1 a.m. U.S. Central Time today tropical storm Arthur was centered approximately 110 kilometers south-southeast of Campeche, Mexico and moving west at 7 miles an hour. It had sustained winds of 40 miles per hour with higher gusts. It should weaken as it passes over land but could again strengthen to a tropical storm if it passes over the Bay of Campeche.
